"Heroes" creator Tim Kring sits down with Jeff Jarvis to talk about how the hit TV show became an online phenomenon, becoming the most downloaded show in 2009, outranking "Lost". It's all about channeling fandomonium, he notes: "The idea was to figure out how to reach those very loyal, rabid fans, draw them in with alternate content and create a brand around a property like "Heroes" that people can access from multiple points of entry."
